What is Self-healing workflow?
A self-healing workflow is an automation that recovers from failures on its own: when an API times out or a partner server is down, it retries with exponential backoff, falls back to an alternative data source, resolves simple data mismatches, and only when a person is truly needed sends a precise Telegram or Slack alert with a one-click fix link. Traditional automations stop silently and the problem surfaces days later.
